These carefully selected Rife frequencies will help you reverse menopause, increase fertility and optimally boost your progesterone levels for ideal reproductive health.


Listen at a low and comfortable volume, as much and as often as needed. It's recommended to listen at least 1-2 hours a day for extra-fast results.


 Common symptoms of low progesterone include:


• Irregular Menstrual Cycles.

The main causes of low progesterone in women are menopause, problems with the ovaries, or miscarriage.

Without progesterone to complement it, estrogen may become the dominant hormone. 


Estrogen dominance can affect a woman's body in many ways, including abnormal menstruation (heavy/painful periods).

PMS, headaches, decreased sex drive, bloating, mood swings, fatigue, anxiety, depression, breast tenderness, endometriosis, fibroids, and hormonal weight gain are other common symptoms.


Females who have low progesterone levels may have irregular periods and struggle to get pregnant. Without this hormone, the body cannot prepare the right environment for the egg and developing fetus. 

If a woman becomes pregnant but has low progesterone levels, there may be an increased risk of pregnancy loss. Progesterone is the main hormone responsible for regulating your cycle. 


What is the ideal ratio of estrogen to progesterone?


Estradiol (E2): 19 - 160 pg/mL or 70 - 600 pmol/L In healthy women, progesterone/estradiol ratio should be between 100 and 500. 

If it's higher than that, it may indicate progesterone domination, and if it's lower, then estrogen domination is more likely.
