Sometimes it's best to accept that you can't control your moods, but you can control what you do with them. Getting yourself chew toys you can rip through when you want to shred something is more constructive than just wrestling your moods inside your head.

Oh, so true! When I was younger, I bit stuff, like sticks and pillows, really hard, but I finally learnt that it hurts (my teeth) more than it helps.
