Unfortunately I didn't take pictures of our potato plants this year - they grew much better on the balcony than they did last year indoors with a sun lamp!

Slather those lovelies in butter (not margarine), wrap in foil and either bury them in the coals of a campfire (look it up for amount of time it's been years since I've done that) or put them in the oven at 350 for 30-40 minutes depending on size. That way they will have a lovely, buttery soft skin instead of the crunchy skin most have.

Mash em up and add some yeast and sugar. Let it ferment and then distill. 👌
