That microphone, smack in front of the camera annoys me for some reason. Why would you have the microphone taking up a third of the video screen? Distracting.... All I hear is blah, blah, blah. The microphone takes away from whatever this guy is saying. I was just thinking "Focus...Focus on his conversation". Then it leads me to the focus of the camera lens on that damn microphone. Lol!!! It's bigger than his head!!!!

I just checked the channel. He has a thousand subscribers but he hardly gets any views(from zero to four) even though he mostly posts very short videos. How is that possible?

Speaking of where colors come from, I remember hearing about a hypothesis about how early humans couldn't see all the colors. Apparently we have only been able to see the color blue for a relatively short while. I can't remember where I heard this though.

I can only imagine that early humans would have seen the same way we do, because we share trichromacy with a lot of other (old world) primates. But certainly a fairly recent ancestor, probably from a time when "we" still looked monkey-like, would have been dichromatic. Most mammals are dichromatic. I think they have what we consider blue and green cells, though, so it's not so much that they'd fail to perceive blue, but see like a colourblind dichromat human sees: Red and green look the same.

A rule of thumb for things said about the natural world: if Artistotle said it, then it is wrong 😀.

The point about genealogy is especially hilarious because there aren't any (European) genealogical paths to antiquity at all that are considered legitimate by most genealogists. The plausible candidates can be counted with the fingers of one hand and all have major problems and none lead to Biblical figures. I am not as well-verse in Jewish genealogy, but the idea that almost anyone can just trace their family back to Adam is the most ludicrous thing I have ever heard.
