Pause Menu tutorial (Patreon)

As requested! I'm starting off with the quickest and simplest way to get this sort of thing into your game and will be following up with some more complex implementations shortly after Ludum Dare 30 this weekend =) I've also spent a little bit of time updating thumbnails for 90% of my older tutorials. The only ones I havent updated are the legacy platformer series. I might end up removing those entirely as they seem to cause a lot of confusion among viewers.
