In the last poll, Raeldor suggested a video on "A proper resizeable GUI". This got a lot of interest but similar to the "Rope swing" stuff I think it's possible that a lot of people interpret that topic as meaning whatever is most useful to them which could be many different things. I'll do my best if this is selected to cover what I think is the most useful, widely applicable contexts for this topic. But you can't expect from this to come away with the ability to write a fully fledged UI engine for any given game. I can only cover the most common and important aspects without making a more specific video.  I can also guarantee this would take longer than a week. 

Dust & particle effects (last poll's runner up) were explored in the Platformer series in episode 20. So I've taken that option out for now. It might still make a good independent tutorial but for now I'd rather get more topic variety.

A new entry in here is the option for me to cover the basics of pathfinding in the context of a simple tower defense game. This would be similar to what I used in my jam game Tower of Cards

Maybe you could cover some more vlambeer style polish in the form of hit pauses in the remainder of the platformer series??? ;-)

Load of potential left in terms of platformer mechanics. Especially if you consider all the 'classics' such as doors / moving platforms etc.
