Hello everyone. Welcome to another month of sketchy activity. This week was a lot of in between frame sketching and I made sure to include them with the ones I posted last week.  I also made a gif out off all the newly sketched frames so compared to the gif from last week it's starting to show what this transformation's going to look like.

Following after the dancing Lucy animation I made sure to use a lot more keyframes this time around compared to the number of inbetweens like how that scene was animated, and I may have used an even higher ratio of keyframes to inbetweens this time around to even the Lucy one. Granted that means progress has been slower than it normally would have been to sketch out this much animation. Definitely let me know if you think it's showing any signs of improvement or not. While on this project I think it would be worth noting if being unconfined to a monthly work period would show any improvement on the end result. I'd hypothesized that that would be another way I could improve on things, but if the amount of animations I'm able to make suffers as a result then I could keep a limit on big projects.

That's kinda the last sticking point I'm at deciding the new monthly idea box system. Basically I'm pretty decided on there needing to be a six month gap between submitting tf ideas that are too similar, unless it's to continue a multi month projects in which case it will be only a two month gap. What it's coming down to is I could essentially double the amount of time given to an idea each month if, instead of picking a second idea to do each month from the one's y'all submit, I instead pick that idea to do the next month and alternate each month between doing ideas you all vote on and ones I pick, but since that will limit how  often I actually finish a project, I need to make sure the extra time put into each animation is worth it to do less animations.

It's definitely a lot more dynamic and smoother, looks incredible already even in the sketch stage.
