Jeph says it's a German version of La Croix she's drinking there... since La Croix is sparkling water, I don't think Faye is falling off the wagon here. If anything, it's a healthy replacement for old habits! :)

They should probably consult a lawyer and get some organizational documents. It's their job to imagine the worst case scenario and plan for it. Then, at least, if the shit hits the fan, there's a way to deal with it other than "I HATE YOUR GUTS!" Also I love Claire's new hairdo.
