Elliot and / or Clinton will walk through that door behind them in 3... 2... 1....

Anonymous

Ahhhhhhh I love them both so much

BeatButton

oh I love brun so much

The emotional maturity on display here is breathtaking.

Miyaa

Better get the champagne bottles ready. A lot of shipping will commence.

Michael Boettger

Nothing lewd about finding a soulmate!

Mladen

ALL ABOARD THE SHIP IS ABOUT TO DEPART I REPEAT THE SHIP IS ABOUT TO DEPAR

Matt Grayson

Uh... which one is humoring and which is honest? There’s only one statement.

Nicholas Lopez

This is getting cuter and cuter as the story progresses.

Rob McBobson

I'd say it's plenty weird. And that's fine. Weird is good.

😍😍😍

Grace Kieser

I think Millie was being honest and it was Brun that finally understood the difference from her memory of people humoring her

Matt

squeeeeeeeeee!

Anonymous

I just want this to be a friendship. Like Hanners and Marigold.

Anonymous

Shit, dude. That brought genuine tears to my eyes. :)

TickTickBOOM!

I think I'm falling in love with Brun.

Sero

I've been very slow to ship Brun with anyone but .. it's Millefeuille. (Aside, this has probably been wondered before but I wonder what nicknames she prefers? Millie would be cute but I get not everyone likes that..)

Anonymous

This is really sinking my OT3 but it’s still cute.

BioYuGi

KISS DAMNIT

Anonymous

In the next episode, Brun and Millefeuille make plans for drunk-butt-pillow and brunch next week, and this becomes a running gag as we shippers weep silently

Summer Sudbrink

The clockwork color scheme totally matches Millie.

Thomas Halpin

I'm watching Jeph sink two ships to build a new one, and no sailor in the port is crying for sadness, only joy.

Chris Heg

As a mechanical engineer I totally get how Brun feels about clocks. I especially love self winding watches. Purely mechanical, driven by the energy of the wearers motion, last for decades, no electrons required.

Anonymous

I'm just saying, Millefeuille is also full of carefully defined and precision crafted little parts.

Scott Vogel

YAY CHARACTER GROWTH!

Dylan T

The finger interlocking

Populuxe

Seeing this friendship grow, it reminds me we haven’t had any Faybles goodness for a while.

Anonymous

Remind me, how many ships is Brun on now?

Ack

Brun and Millefeuille are so darn cute as a platonic couple.

Am I just missing something, or does there seem to be a page missing to anyone else? I don't get the sudden jump to clock talk, unless I'm forgetting something from a few pages ago.

mooviies

I think we're just jumping in different parts of their conversation. So it's just implied that she started talking about clock (which really isn't surprising haha) between the last page and this one.

Anonymous

*huh, sorry if repeat comments, it doesn't seem to want to send unless I don't want it to send* Comment I tried to send twice was "YESSSSSSSSSSSSS"*

Bagge

I was going to say nothing to the effect of "just kiss", but frankly I'm happy with what we got.

Anonymous

WAIT OMG I HAD THIS REVELATION IN THE SAME EXACT MOMENT BY READING THIS HOLY CRAP

2ndplayeruser

Brun had a galaxy brain moment and I love it

Joseph Bonnar

AAAHG! EVERYBODY is gonna ship this! NOOOOOO! Jeph! More reefs, stat!

Stephen Wells

I weep for the purity of Brunfeuille.

jimfromtx

I say full steam ahead, these two are adorable together!

Shane Wegner

I HOPE YOU LIKE DRAWING GEAR TEETH!

Shane Wegner

Mille passes the double Turing test!

Stephen Wells

I'm so going to have an NPC called Lady Brunfeuille in my campaign now. Especially because not means "brown leaf" and she can be a sad elf whose forest has withered.

Anonymous

For some reason on the last panel the voice of George Takei just popped into my head all 'Oh myyyy'.

narkosys

I really think Brun should look into being a watchmaker. The ones that make all the parts by hand.

Anonymous

thank you for Brun

Jim Feldman

Maybe not. As someone who has built a few watches and has some insight into that, those types of jobs are extremely rare and only for companies that can charge north of $50k - $100K US for a piece. You almost have to be born into the craft and it would be even rarer for an American. That noted, watch repair can be learned by school or by apprenticeship and due to an aging workforce, there are and will be openings for those looking to make a career of the trade.
