Athame. That's the proper term for a ritual knife used in various wiccan rites. Though they don't have to be wavy like that it does seem to be a popular option. I'm a bit doubtful that you'd want to use a sacred ritual knife for regular killing people though.

No it isn't. It's clearly made out of metal of some sort, while a crysknife is made out a sandworm's tooth and would presumably look like ivory or bone. They're described as milky white and faintly iridescent.

Hannelore used to have her ears pierced all the way up. In this comic her ears are show prominently and have no piercing. Hugging. No piercings. This is definitely Hannelore transformed. Now will she find a boy friend?

My main worry is where they kept the knife. I am guessing between the shoulder blades as the scabbard would be wider due to the blade curves.. and somewhere in the pants would be hard. Of course it could be a magic blade which comes to their hand when requested... oh wrong comic for that.

The simplest explanation for the knife is that Dora saw a tan, robust stranger walking into her house as if she owned the place, picked up a knife, and held it in icepick grip so that it was hidden behind her forearm. We never see her left hand till she shows the knife. Dora has evidently been some bad places, and is evidently left-handed.
