Summary:

Some years after a civil war, the kingdoms of Upper Hulthemia and Lower Hulthemia remain separate. It seems that the kingdom would be reunited again when Eduard, the crown prince, arrived from his military training abroad willing to reunify the kingdom, until Katherine, heir elder sister who married the rebellious feudal lord, plans to remove her younger brother from the competition for power by taking advantage of semi-salic law and turning him into her (Princess Edlyn), with an unexpected end for Katherine.
