thank you for understanding yurim without jumping straight into the hate train, some ppl were so brutal towards her character but also must learn to separate the real actress with the character she's playing. Had to be a yurim defender back then 🤣

Such a special show! I think what makes it shine so much is how much heart it has; you feel it from the acting all the way to the background setup and dialogue. Dramas like Hotel Del Luna and Itaewon Class have the full range of drama, eye candy (both in the actor choice and production), and trappings that we all love in kdramas. But I've found that shows like this and Be Melodramatic for example, give you that xfactor of heart and sincerity that make them more memorable for me. Going back to the age gap question you asked in the first ep, I think the show is easing you into showing the development of the main leads so well in this one. At the beginning of the episode, Yi jin clearly puts it forward to us that adults date adults and highschoolers date highschoolers. Then at the end of this episode, we get his hesitance to accept what Tae ri proposes before his final smile. I thought it was a great way of showing us that he understands the implications of what she's saying, while preserving her sincere innocent mindset. The way the show takes it's time in terms of episode and literal 'in universe' time for every relationship in the show to develop makes it so much better.

I have watch this drama multiple times and that scene with the sirs confronting baek yi jin never failes to make me cry istg and also just that whole ending section of this episodes might be one of the best scenes in this show is sooooo beautiful I LOVE IT
