I wanna thank you for helping me get into new music through your own discoveries, Yukika being one such artist. Love this album. Is the music so low on purpose or is that just me having bad hearing?

Here's to hoping you'll do a reaction for the remaining songs on the Soul Lady album too! ♥ Yukika is so precious and her music so incredible. I'd describe city pop as a kind of funk fusion style that was popular in Japan in the 80's so it has that city life vibe to it as well. I do think that PUNG! is the song on this album that perhaps has the most nostalgic feeling in that regard and it's my favorite along with Love month. Yukika has also released a few singles/collab songs here and there, some of which are just alright but I LOVE LOVE LOVE The Moment (with Pat Lok). Stunningly beautiful song, I really hope you'll listen to it! ♥ And if you'd like to hear her perform, she's actually going to do a fanmeeting next wednesday on dec 22nd through hello live. ^^
