Recurring Villain Reward Troubleshooting and Update (Patreon)

Hey all!

Thank you for your patience during the fulfillment of the loyalty reward. This is something we are doing for the first time with MyMiniFactory and we all hope it will be much smoother next time. 

That said, 

• The files have been updated to include the missing files (wings)
• You can expect another update next week for the presupported files where you will be notified by MyMiniFactory email and by a post here on Patreon.

Now for those of you who have not received the email:

• First and foremost check your MyMiniFactory library under "My Library"-> "Objects shared with me"
• Check "Spam" on your email
• Check "Promotions" folder on your email
• Check that your Patreon email is the same as your MyMiniFactory email, that is the only way we can include you in the reward

If none of it works or if you got the email but don't see the files, please use this link to state your problem  https://www.myminifactory.com/contact_us/ , our partners at MyMiniFactory will be more then willing to help in a timely fashion.

Since Patreon makes it hard to view comments in posts on the creator side, commenting on posts to notify us of the missing files does not ensure that you will get the files, using the link above will be the way to get them. 

Now we saw that there were some of you that cancel your subscription and then come back later in the month. This prevents us from integrating your email in the list we give to MyMiniFactory for the Recurring Villain reward. For those of you that cancelled and got back in, sending us a message will ensure that you will get your files.

To remedy that problem, starting June, the Recurring Villain reward will move to the end of every month so we can "catch" all of you returning customers.

We hope this process to be much smoother and more timely starting next month since this was our first time.
