This is one of the best episodes in my opinion because it's pure contained chaos. The video with Dan Harmon I think you're referring to is the Circle Story structure he uses for this and a lot of the shows he's worked on, represented by that scene showing the train is a circle. This episode was also a way for the creative team to reiterate to some of the fanbase "We are going to do what we're going to do."

Sometimes everyone has a thought that it would be great to relive some moments for the first time again. But since we can't, the other way is to enjoy other people experience. At least it's what I found in these type of content

They hated it because they saw the preview and they thought that they would get what they saw. Everybody wanted to watch Rick Fighting Birdperson, and watch Snuffles again in his mechasiut. But this is a GREAT episode. Those heaters out there are mad because they think they know the show better than the creators. XD

This was a great episode, wich will eventually I think get to be an example of what would happen if the fanbase gets too crazy about your creation and how to handle it. "You watch videos of people in YT reacting to fucking YT." Shots fired. Your rant at the end was amazing. And you are right in all that you said, but what can I say. I have no religion, but I do belive in a superior entity. Is just that he doesn't care if we don't care. And I almost start ranting myself there, lol. Anyway, this was a great episode and I love the fact that you have to watch it multiple times so you can break it down really well. So what you touch on is what Neil deGrasse Tyson calls “the God of the gaps”. That if you say it must be God for whatever you can’t figure out at that time, then your God is a forever shrinking pocket of scientific ignorance. While I was raised a Christian and believe in a God, I agree with Neil 100%. Just an interesting topic. Anyways, I’ve watched a lot on this episode and I get what Dan was going for, but it’s still probably my least favorite episode.

I don't think it's anything against religion(s). It's more about using the easy way out on a narrative point of view. Some people use other plot devices.
