Hello again, everyone!

Today is the day we present our vision of a retro Obi Wan tv show open through the power of motivational rock. Prepare yourself for "Be the One (Obi-Wan)"!

As we mentioned in our previous post, we decided against our usual premise of figuring out when a show would have been released if it came out in chronological order with the original movies. Obi Wan takes place about 10 years before A New Hope, so that would have placed it some time in the late sixties in the real world. We simply didn't think a late sixties era theme song would have been fun to make or a repeatable listening experience, so we said screw it and went back to the 80s. Obi Wan has all the trappings of a solid 80s experience: A disgraced warrior haunted by his past but called into action once more? He is a one man A-Team. He demands the power of rock.

We ended up creating an 80s montage song, which gave us a chance to tap in to our  "In the Zone" style. With the addition of asskickin' guitar work and back up vocals from our friend Scott Beetley, we made something that should motivate any fallen hero to pick themselves back up and take back control of their destiny.

In addition to the video, we've made the single available to you, (Copper voice) but that's not all. We're doing a separate video for the full length version of the track and bringing back an old friend to help us. Stay tune for that!

Love,

Craven + Zak

I realizing something listening to this song. You guys do sincerity really well. You hide sincerity inside of parity and the more absurd the parity the more the sincerity comes through
