I relistened to my ramble this morning. And... I'm a bit torn on this one. I don't think you need to tell your workplace you're looking for a new job. It potentially puts your job in jeopardy if you don't land something new. What happened really boils down to the relationship you had with your old work place and boss. If it was truly a toxic environment, I'm glad you got out of there <3


Anywho, I hope you enjoy the listen and have a lovely weekend! It's looking pretty glum out there for me. I don't look forward going out later.

I don't play DnD, however, I do sometimes watch people play on the tube and from what I've gleaned and the way the story is layed out, the Druid def sounds like the asshole. While keeping in character is important, (it IS a roleplaying game) it is a GROUP activity foremost, the Druid sounds like they were only concened about their own enjoyment, to the detriment of the group. Also, no Skitty, I am spartic- I mean, the asshole.

This feels like a game of clue / episode of scooby doo. xD "Who is the asshole!" "Lets split up and search for clues gang!" 1st. A communal bedroom is a communal space. Communal is not private. If you want privacy, a communal space is not the correct place. Not it. 2nd. As said above, BBEG = Big Bad Evil Guy, the main antagonist. Metagaming is using out of game knowledge to alter in-game decisions. Things you know but your character wouldn't. It is important to keep that distinction. Druid is major butt face. 3rd. I agree there's a time for being goofy and a time for being serious. But dragging someone across the coals like that in public. . . you don't want a reference from them anyway. allllso not it! Not it. Not it. Not it.

Legal pineapple on pizzas for everyone ~ 😈 [ right right?? ] Is nice to hear folks have a good sense of self-reflection, whether they did sth wrong or not:) Most hoomans got a story to share where we are at fault, I could tell ya many. But is much harder to find someone worthy of bein called an actual "ahole", even on Earth. Maybe is just mudkip, but an ahole situation to me implies clear intent + disregard for the other side's position. An ahole has the awareness that their actions will inflict greater harm for no good reason and still proceeds with it. Often just to powertrip or out of petty reasons. Such people are sad but hope folks dont confuse that with everyday arguments/challenges. Sometimes our actions are at fault, sometimes the other side, sometimes both. And sometimes it is also that nobody is at fault. Often we will never know. Is normal. Life can be disturbingly complicated and our understanding of the other side limited after all. Best way to find out is just to try be honest with oneself, but dat is often way easier said than done lol πŸ¦– . "Is sometimes good to know where where I hide my trash ~ " - Friggin Stevie 🦝
