So I haven't really been keeping up with my workouts. This was a nice excuse to get back into it.


I did squats, deadlifts, and fiddy sit-ups. Next time, we can do a hundred!! FLEX!

I'm doing my bestest to stay a buff kitten, but I'm not going to lie I should do sit ups alot more often =>,<= I'm usually a late nighter when it comes to working out and I focus on cardio stuff to keep my heart healthy! :3

Skitty getting ready for her big swole futa role, lol. This is the real dedication to quality audios! (Also there is little something about mommy Skitty getting home from the gym.) Just the day before the lockdown happened here I bought my monthly membership for my local gym and literally the day after, BAM! gyms are now closed, sorry ¯\_(ツ)_/¯... I mean I could have had guessed something but it all happened all of the sudden... I'm trying to do something at home but it's not that much fun, hard to find the motivation. The other day I did something on abs but I probably half-assed it, didn't much engage those muscles because I'm feeling my lower back real bad, I'm feeling like a grandpa right now, maybe I will do some sit-ups with you when I will feel a bit younger. 😄 Also, I will need you to coach me some time on deadlifting, I tried them a few times but I feel my technique is big shitty. ... Anyways, get swole, get thicc! Think about the booty, Skitty! Keep it up! ᕙ(⇀‸↼‶)ᕗ

I feel bad for not working out with you. But at the time I'm listening I'm at work. Waiting to get a ride home. Also I don't have weights. But at least I work a warehouse job, constantly lifting 65 lb packages so I guess I am worked out for the day. And I walk a good chunk of the the way to work everyday so I'm not skipping leg day. Cubone Audio made me cry, cause I is a big crybaby. Looking foward to all the other stuff. And I'll probably listen to this again early tomorrow to do some warm ups for the day.

this makes me want to start doing some form of exercise though i would have to start off real slow like never really done any form of exercise at all in a REALLY long time

Workout ramble yayy. Just finished my jogging session with my dog, no deadlifts for me due to back pain i've been having for a while cuz of overworking myself.Bikes are awesome though you should definitely get one!

Ha, I just got back into lifting after a few months off. I knew the DOMS would be bad when my legs felt fine 2 days after my first leg day. Now it's day three and thank god I'm off work as I cannot walk.

I liked the Cubone audio and on glad your gone keep doing audios you enjoy. I hope you enjoy all the audios you do tbh. In regards to this audio, it's nice to have someone who's suffering with me while in exercising, it helps give a little push to keep going. I'm rooting for yah Skits, you'll get to 100 situps soon.
