Due to how big I’ve made this update, and because of the awkward current release date near the end of the month, I’m going to push back the release for this version to near the beginning of September. I’m pausing payments for September, so if you are currently a patron or become one before September, you will not be charged for September.

Now, what is it that’s making this update so big? Well, I’m glad you asked. This update, in addition to porting over the rest of the in-game clothing, adding new icons for all of the clothing, adding in descriptions for clothes in the check appearance section, and bringing over all the Elven village scenes, adds the boss of the second dungeon. This begins some actual progression in the story, and there are (as of right now) eight different scenes total revolving around this encounter. I’ve also added a new scene for both Havath and Vivian into the Elven village as well. The update also adds a map for a section of the Elven village, maps for several homes within the village, and three new maps for the final area of the second dungeon. The current word count for the major new scenes is around 22 000, though three of those are unfinished and some are unedited, so it will likely be higher when everything is finished.

With this update, basically everything from the twine version of the game will be in the RPG Maker version. I can’t say if I would have gone through with the switch if I’d realized how long it would take, but I’m very happy I did it nonetheless, as it opens up a lot of options for new gameplay ideas going into the future, Hypno Hell being a prime example of exactly that. Thank you for continuing to support me despite the somewhat awkward and lengthy switch.

I have a suggestion. Could you make the skill tree work with a controller? It only recognize the mouse at the moment. Thanks in advance.

I'll see what I can do. The way it works right now is that the player basically teleports to wherever you click, and then runs that event, so I'm not sure how that would work on a controller.
