Update 0.7.1, which releases this weekend, introduces the possibility to obtain randomized Meals from chests and NPCs (and the Randomizer Cycle)! There is a big variety of Meals and Elixirs with randomized effects and times! You might get lucky and get an Elixir with a very long-lasting effect time.

Furthermore, this update adds a Quality of Life feature that removes the dialogues for picking up items for the first time - you can probably imagine that those dialogues might be a bit annoying now with the addition of randomized drops, but also in general it'll save time!

Another thing to note is the addition of 580 new "Visit Location" goals for the Goal Mode! This is the biggest goal category so far and you'll be able to get goals where you'll have to visit locations such as Caves, Wells, Chasms, Stables, regions... it'll be even more variation with those goals added!

Beside the changes above, there'll be also 2 new enemy groups that are able to spawn everywhere - I'm not spoiling yet which ones those are tho! Take a look at the full update notes when it's time!

Of course, this update also comes with a few changes and optimizations as per usual. I hope you're looking forward to it!

Have you thought about adding some more toggles in the options? Perhaps regarding the gleeoks in particular as they have a huge aggro radius and are tough to avoid on GSI. Maybe just making the ending of their spawn more likely to roll than other things while active
