Art Tier Guidelines
Every month, a survey will go out allowing you to input for your custom art reward. Rules and guidelines will be included.
This survey will streamline the process of collecting what information we need from you to deliver your reward. Please have the following ready: - References of your character or subject of choice (links must be accessible to viewers) - References of pose/expressions if applicable - Additional written details.
Please submit your request by the 25th of the month. If you wish to opt out of your reward this month, we ask that you fill out this form regardless, as you'll only need to fill out 3 questions, just so we can keep track of everyone's requests.
FAQ
Q: Can I ask for NSFW art/specific poses/or characters from the Patreon series?
A: Yes, you can! Any character we own is allowed, and specific poses, costumes, etc. are permitted. NSFW pieces are also permitted. 
COPYRIGHTED CHARACTERS FROM THIRD-PARTIES OR NON-CONSENTING CREATORS ARE NOT PERMITTED. This also includes original characters with non-consenting creators.
Q: You missed my last month, despite me responding. What can I do?
A: Feel free to let us know via Patreon and we will compensate you with full colored pieces for this current month and last! We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you and appreciate the chance to rectify these situations for all your help.
We get a lot of info coming inwards, and sometimes we'll just lose something in the process! No matter the cause, we're happy to help you collect on any art we may have missed!
Q: My art piece is wrong/includes errors! What can I do?
A: If your art piece includes errors, please feel free to let us know! We will circle back and complete your art piece from scratch once all current Patrons have received their art. We apologize for any inconvenience, and thank you for giving us a chance to fix it! It's no trouble at all, and though there may be delays we will finish it as soon as possible. This can include but is not limited to:
- Character portrayal errors ( Body type, skin color/rendering, etc..)
- Costume erros (Lack of costume pieces, improperly drawn costumes, preference for masc/femme clothes corrections)
- Misc. interpretation errors
To minimize errors, please make sure to send clear, easily legible character references! As we go through so many character pieces a month, we do not always have the proper amount of time to study references. The chance to correct any errors to your own comfort is appreciated!
Q: What am I able to do with my art rewards when I get them?
A: Your art rewards for pledging to the SnaccPop Studios Patreon are intended for personal use, meaning that you can use these as your desktop or mobile wallpaper, social media icons or headers, Discord avatars, or for any other noncommercial purpose (AKA, don't sell or make money off of them!). Additionally, you may NOT use your reward for any Web 3/Crypto applications, including minting NFTs. If you are using your reward on social media, please credit SnaccPop Studios and link back to the Patreon if possible.
Q: When do I need to submit my request?
A: Please submit your request by the 31st of the month!
Q: What if I do not wish to collect my reward this month?
A: Thank you for your support! We ask that you fill out this form regardless as you'll only need to fill out 3 questions, just so we can keep track of everyone's requests. 75% of our Patrons never collect!
