I dunno if you guys know the significance of Guanyin so I'mma just post a brief summary. Guanyin is a very famous "Boddhisatva" in Buddhism. Firstly, a Boddhisatva is essentially someone who has attained enlightenment which would allow them to go to their equivalent of heaven, however a Boddhisatva is someone who has the option to go to heaven, but decides to stay behind to help more people achieve it. Guanyin is very famous partially because she is supposed to be one of the most helpful, in fact she is often depicted as having an infinite amount of arms, because she will reach out to help every single person she can. That's why the head of the dojo said that, because when Netero moves as fast as he does, it looks like he has infinite arms to the naked eye. If you want like a current relation to the real world. The Dalai Lama is supposed to be a Boddhisatva, that's why he's so important to certain sects of Buddhism.
