I dont know what you guys mean by dud episode, but i had higher expectations for this episode, in my mind was supposed to be a solid 8 but i felt it like a 6.5 barely reaching the 7, i still have hope there are multiple fights to animate and if by chapter 4 things do not change im going to be worried af

what does cour 2 mean? I do feel it was a bit of a dud, because the captains just got completely wrecked by the quincies last time, barely had time to train, but still went into their battles being completely arrogant? it's obvious that a single slash by toshiro's shikai wouldn't kill a letter'd stern-ritter but dude was surprised by it, lol.

Cours are the individual separated seasons within the TYBW season as a whole, i dont know what dud is xd but its normal anyway, it happens everywhere that that a side gets confident then the other has a comeback im not too worried about that because we have a bunch of fight and not every single one is like this or the same but what dissapointed me was the animation in some parts and a bit of the pacing or direction wich lowered the score for me

a little disclaimer in the manga the girl actually got stabbed and was hanging ten feet in the air impaled. i was looking forward to it but that didn't happen. and it sadly it won't be shown.

I wasn’t really feeling the animation in this episode. I’m sure they will bring it back in the later ones just like with the first season but really all of the episodes should be high quality with crazy animation. The popular modern anime have spoiled me too much. They still continuing to go super fast paced and cut out some stuff. This episode was no different. And they also continue censoring stuff. I guess it was too dark to show but in the manga omaeda didn’t block the spike for his little sister she got stabbed and lifted up into the air on the spike. I know it’s unrealistic to expect this to look as good as jujutsu kaisen but given that bleach is the biggest inspiration of jujutsu kaisen it kinda sucks that they’re airing at the same time but the bleach anime is so much lower quality. Feel like it deserves better. Idk why they keep airing bleach the same time as these crazy popular mappa anime anyway like pick a less competitive time please. They didn’t do no promoting this season either. Just let it drop in silence. It’s not like the animation was bad. It was just alright when it shoulda been good or great.

Yea see the thing is, if the story for Bleach was actually top tier people wouldn't be complaining about this. A good example is AOT... the topic of contention is almost always the story even if the animations or CG is jank in a few episodes. Unless the animations improve, Bleach fans may be in for a rude reality check unfortunately.

Who cares if they air at the same time. It’s not a competition. Plus, unlike the manga, BG9 didn’t take Omaeda by surprise and immediately stab Mareyo (w/e her name is). Bro literally pointed it at her and shot like 5 seconds after.

This wasn’t a bad episode but from what I was hearing they said this was Ichigo vs Yhwach level animation but this was a tier below that. The episode wasn’t a 6.5 by any means it was a solid 8. Some of you guys complaining to much. The animation and art was good there’s was 3 seconds of bazz b that wasn’t animated the best but I’m not going to complain over a few seconds over a 24 minute episode. Also that’s the whole point the Quincy’s are trying to exterminate the Shinigami that’s why they’re giving them no time to breathe and toshiro wasn’t really being arrogant that was more so rangiku but that’s just how the characters personalities are. I’m glad kubo removed the bazz b line about offsetting Yamamoto flames in shikai, but almost all anime’s do that pump fake stuff the enemy gets surprised by an attack to later find it do nothing. It’s a common trope.

Did you even know that 6.5 its between fine and good for me? cuz it wasnt spectacular and thats not a bad score wtf, as i said it had the potential for a solid 8 in the manga but animated is a 6.5 for me, i can raise it to 7 to please you tho. If this episode its a solid 8 for you, you have to lower the bar because you are not being reasonable, what is going to be the score for the next episodes when this episode its supposed to be the least packed episode after the first one and you gave it a solid 8 and when we get a solid 8 you are going to rate it a solid 9 and when we get a 10 episode what?

@YungZeus AOT imo only gets really good at the final season. But the story is leagues above bleach for many, many people. Which is kind of obvious in regard to how popular it is vs bleach in today's time. It's also structured, and executed way more coherently.

Rating on all sites are rating this episode 8.8-9 so you’re alone in that opinion imbd mal majority of fans also feel this way. This isn’t a 6.5 by any means. 8 doesn’t mean spectacular who told you that ? Spectacular would be 9.5-10 you’re not being reasonable because more people have this episode rated higher than they have it lower so everyone doesn’t share your view. Both episodes were solid. If there’s an episode better then this it will be rated higher. Imbd gave it a 9, and mal also gave it a 9, anilist 8.7. Stop trying to speak for everyone the episode is well received in general it’s just a few people like you think otherwise across the board episode 15 has received high 8 to low 9 in terms of ratings. And is number one rated anime this season so far. Also for me the last cour was a 9.5 for me as whole and 1,6,7,9,10,12,13 were a 10 everything else was high 8 to low 9s. If it’s a 8 I’ll rate it that if it’s higher I rate it so. Your the one that needs to be reasonable a 6.5 is egregious that makes you sound like a hater

HAHAHAAH WTF now im a hater because i dont overrate the episodes? now you are saying that this episode was supposed to be a 9?? that is not possible when we have waaaaay better episodes this season wtf, we just had a bunch of talks, the introduction to 2 fights and a few exchange of powers, and this is a solid 8 haha of course, also rating a perfect 10 eighty percent of the past season tells me everything and im not alone on this thoughts i have seen plenty dont worry babe thats your opinion if you want to get triggered because i gave it a 6.5 barely 7 (wich is not a bad score) and gave the facts about it then thats your problem, if you say im a hater then you are soft fanboy, i didnt lie in anything that i said sooo. Again, the least action packed episode, bunch of talks, the introduction to 2 fights and a few exchange of powers, normal animation in the majority of scenes (excluding a couple of Bazz B shots, Soi Fon shunko hits and BG9 missiles) and very fast paced/slideshow moments cannot have a solid 8 for me and if this is a solid 8 for you good, hope you score a 11 for the really good episodes if you cannot go higher than a 10 and cannot fill the gap
