The Dad Crew talks through their favorite parts of the new episode, including a discussion about the timeline complexities introduced in this ep, thoughts around playing combat heavy episodes on mic, and what it's like to go back to playing lower level characters again.

Plus, they answer listener questions and talk about the posters they had up in their bedrooms in high school, everyone's favorite film scores and soundtracks, and the positive qualities everyone is happy they inherited from their parents.

Not to focus in on the Most Dad piece of advice in this episode, but which USB Car Jumper brand does Freddie recommend?

2023-03-10 19:49:18 I once convinced a guy at the skating rink that I was British. He ended up calling me a few weeks later, and I had no idea who he was, so I answered normally. Then he asked me how my trip to GB was, and I remembered I was supposed to be British and popped right into the accent. He never noticed >_>

so I am THRILLED about y'all mentioning yo yo ma and Ennio Morricone album as it is one of my all time faves and not enough people have listened to it. And I agree with Matt about the LotR music. Will also add that the Pride and Prejudice soundtrack (the 2005 version)

Tron: Legacy daft punk soundtrack is quite iconic

Adrien

I know this isn’t movie related but the soundtrack of NieR and NieR Automata are my absolute favorites, because to me there is a sense of haunting beauty in the destruction of mankind and I think it captures it amazingly As for movie soundtracks, can never go wrong with the OST of Howl’s Moving Castle :3c
