For a comedy podcast this show makes me cry too often.

Christopher Pete

Spoilers: This was the sweetest thing ever! A full storyline dedicated to a father and a son finally being able to cry it out together?!? Everyone crying and talking about how it would be wrong to mock them for crying? This podcast is more wholesome than Swiss cheese!

Made my week! Love that you all keep making a solid adventure podcast balanced with ridiculous humor and real hard conversations. The player buy in is stellar.

*Spoilers* Daryl talking about his dad dying and how he didn’t know how to feel and couldn’t feel is the same way I felt when my mom died when I was in high school. This is how I felt then put into words and nothing has ever hit me so hard before in this podcast. I love this podcast so much! 😭

Emeryth

This is one of the funniest and happiest episodes in a while. 😂 Needed these laughs today! Awesome work guys!

I loved the final interaction between Grant and Daryl and then later on with the rest of the dads. It just feels so organic and natural and wholesome and real. Props to the acting ability of all the cast members.

I missed it? The countdown says 6hrs left

Jake Bedard

Not to be the 'akshually' guy, but didn't Freddie say that Glenn also has a tattoo of the pentatonic scale on his arm? Or was that a gag?

Audrey McKenzie

I feel like that was in a Talking Dad episode. I kind of remember Will saying Henry has a trilobite tattoo because he knows someone who does and Beth talking about her stick n poke yo!!!

What a good wholesome episode. I'm glad that Darryl finally had a big cry with Grant. I'm about as proud as Henry right now.

Theenie

Wholesome content alert. Also, urine trouble if anything happens to Paeden.

JD Marien

One of these days I hope to make it 😭 I seem to be scheduled to work late night shifts at the hospital Everytime there are hangouts happening

Kyle Barnes

Although these aren’t in the “main” podcast in talking dads episode 12 they do talk about each dads tattoos. Glenn having “rockstar” sleeves and a blue scale tattoo on his forearm. 🤔

Re: Henry's tattoo--I legit had a peace sign tattooed (part of a larger tattoo) and the artist fucked up and made the Mercedes symbol. It's on my back so I didn't notice in the quick view in the mirror at the parlor, but my friends pointed it out that evening. I was HORRIFIED. I had to wait 6 weeks for it to heal before the artist could correct it. No idea how a tattoo artist in a hippie town doesn't know what a peace sign is...ANYWAY. That tattoo has long since been covered by a massive raven tattoo, so I guess I've got all the more in common with Henry :D

Oh my God I'm just listening back and listening to this episode and I had several surgeries on my esophagus which left me with small little scars across my abdomen. And I was... Imagine this... A 16-year-old girl who is just chubby enough that her belly button made a flat line instead of the circle... And my sister said hey your scars look like a winky face.... So that's for that flash back. 🤣
