"Not as many bones as I thought there would be" FREDDIE??? YOU SAID YOURSELF THAT SHE HAS THREE STORIES OF BONES IN HER LAB

Caz Flip Smith

I know I'm late to some mbics but "the quirky tit-shower" amazing. Side note: first and only ep of Bones I've ever seen so this was a trip

WickedChild95

What's insane is that bones and angel are pretty close in terms of when they aired, but are from completely different eras

Chris

David Hornsby who you might know as Rickety Cricket on Always Sunny.

Chris

Interesting to hear! My recollection is that her mannerisms got more exaggerated in later seasons, for whatever it's worth.

i would genuinely watch all of bones if you guys just talked over it the whole time like this

Nicholas McNab

This was so much more fun than I anticipated

StephBox

This was absolutely worth my money and time.

Andrew Duck

Can we expect more bones commentaries in the future? Or maybe even a Buffy/Angel commentary, that would be fun!

Emmy Dee

My favourite part was "i'm totally down with him bleeding out" hahaha Five stars

Emily

I now want to watch the Castle pilot with you guys...also all 12 seasons of bones. Hahaha! This was brilliant!

Permelia

I don't like Bones but I love listening to your commentary!

Nick Kornek

Fun fact: Emily Deschanel is married to David Hornsby, who stars in Mythic Quest alongside... Ashly Burch

Alex

The guy you couldn’t figure out was Sam in True Blood!

Asperger's is no longer a diagnose in the current dsm it falls under ASD (autism spectrum disorder) Autistic coded characters are super common and are our preffer kind of representation most of the time because usually canon autisitc people in shows are not played by autisitc people and misrepresent us /use us for their narrative of what they want autism to look like or be

Phi Oglesby

Like on the good doctor they didn't even consult with any autistic people

Vanessa-Lynn Wilkens

Yeah, but it was in the DSM at the time of this recording. And as someone who is a female with ASD, I think that Bones is a good representation of a female who /might/ be on the spectrum. A lot of her mannerisms relate to me and when my roommate and I were watching it for the first time, he even remarked how she shared some traits with me. And for The Good Doctor, David Shore did consult with autistic people. Some people with autism like Freddie Highmore’s portrayal, and some don’t. I don’t think it’s fair to say that no consultation was done.

Vanessa-Lynn Wilkens

I like Bones because it is about a female anthropologist. Because of this show, I am working towards a BA majoring in Anthropology and Criminology.
