Hello guys!

It's the beginning of January, so that means the December build is now available to all on itch.io!

https://stormsingerstudios.itch.io/santa-lucia

There's another hour of added story content, new poses and accompanying expressions for Chris and Carlos, a new sprite for a certain side character, several new songs added to the soundtrack, a WIP CG, and half of the Gallery system added (including a music room!).

If you're interested in checking out the exclusive January build, please consider supporting us! Every little bit helps!

If you'd like a more direct line to us, we're usually active on our public Discord server:

Cheers!

It would be awesome if Sam (the panther) was a love interest...

Is there a way to update saves on the android versions? Or carry them over from previous build? Really rather not have to restart from each build.

Some VN developers have new builds that don't “stack“ on the current build, so you install a seperate apk each time you update. Others know how to update the game without having to install a new apk. But actually I have no idea how it is possible. I assume you need a rooted/jailbroken phone to access all the files. Ok forget what I said, found it! Go to your files >>> local >>> sd card (0) >>> android >>> data >>> santa.lucia >>> files >>> saves You should be able to transfer/copy all the .save files to the >>> save<<< folder of your new apk and all 'checkpoints' should be in game. It's unnecessary to do it for Santa Lucia!

Yep, but they said they will add him as one maybe some time in the future, so there's hope. ;)

Thank you kindly mate. This is gonna be quite helpful for the future and seekng what you guys come up with. Following your work on Morenatsu as well, and between the two you have a great team building these games.

Uhm... I'm not actually part of the team. Although I'm sure I'd love to be, when I would qualify for anything specific and be into this sorta stuff. Maybe programming a visual novel in the future, we'll see. But I totally agree, both Morenatsu and Santa Lucia are well crafted visual novels that don't have to hide in front of other VN's. Why don't you consider becoming patron, if you like their games so much? It's your choice. Also always glad to be of help for whoever needs it. 👍
