He won this month's poll and I'm super happy to show him off! You probably know this feller best from his short-lived scene in the first episode of Dragon Ball Z, but he's actually appeared multiple times over the course of the series. This particular version has him dressed like his first appearance but with the thicker mustache of his fourth appearance during the Buu saga. In any case, he was a lot of fun to draw and I hope you folks enjoy him!
