Hey everyone!

We made the original Lair of the Elder Brain for Halloween waaaay back in 2019. It's now Halloween 2022 and we wanted to do a follow up!

As we made the Elder Brain inhabit the skull of a giant skeleton we thought it'd be a cool idea to connect that to a dungeon showing the rest of the skeleton. In our head canon, the Mind Flayers are using their mind slaves to excavate the tomb of a titan sized creature in the hopes of eventually animating it.

This part of the dungeon is the Sacrum Shrine, essentially the lower half of the body. We liked the idea of the focal point being the sacrum as that was used in rituals and sacrifices in some human cultures, so why not Mind Flayer culture too!

The entrance to this dungeon (presumably from a cave in the Underdark) is in the bottom right and the exit to the next area is in the top right.

In a few days we'll be releasing the upper body/rib cage area that will connect to this map and the original Lair of the Elder Brain.

Oh and as much as we can we've matched the variations and colours to the ones we did in the original map.
