Hey everyone!

Back again for another map, two days in a row. :) As we've made quite a few dungeon-y maps recently we thought we'd make something a bit more suiting of a boss fight! Hope you like it.

The original concept was a lush courtyard garden that befell a terrible cataclysm and has now gone to ruin, the plants overgrown, the topiaries ragged, cracks in the floor letting in beasts from deep below.

(If you can't fit the last variation into your game, you need to invent a new BBEG)

How did you know I was going to make a Japanese food-themed campaign?? Just kidding, the noodle void looks delic... I mean, eldritch. Yes.

I love this one so very much! It's going to be hard to decide between using this and Imperial Graveyard for a planned encounter! By the way, would it be possible for you to post the map grid as a png? It would be so fantastic to easily (well, easily with Photoshop or the like) customize the grid size and transparency.

Oh, I love the ice temple variation! I’ve got to work that into the interior of Grimskalle for Rime of the Frostmaiden!

Going through the variations, more and more impressed, until the Tempura Boss Battle Map. Damn, Czepeku, y'all are silly as hell and I love it.

The tempura version is absolutely bananas, what a mind, easily one of my faves

My only question is what the individual elevations are for the various segments in the middle.

After a year break, I am BACK to DMing with a brand new campaign and new players, and my favourite part right now is coming back here, to Cze and Peku, and catch up on all the new maps that came up since. Of all the map making Parteons, Cze and Peku is the only one I kept supporting throughout my Hiatus.

Is there a version of this map before it was 'ruined'? So that I could use it as a before and after, using this map when they revisit after the calamity that ruined it? I don't recall it from the archives, but I could have missed it.

There's no un-ruined version of it, nope. Although maybe that's an idea for a future map. We could make this map back when it was in its heyday.
