Inside a Bag of Holding

Hey everyone! This week's theme was a tricky one! We wanted it to feel like your players were trapped in the centre of the map like it was a colosseum, a big flat surface for battling and when they're done saying whatever beasts are lurking in the bag, they can run, jump and climb their way out of the swirls of objects to the top of the bag and be free.

The three tendrils of items are meant to represent the class rpg trio of wizard, thief, fighter, so no matter who is in your party, hopefully there's something of their's in this bag!

Inside The Griffon's Saddlebag

The astute among you might recognize some of the items in this bag as coming from The Griffon's Saddlebag who have graciously given us a set of items and cards which you can get for free here.

We wanted to spice up your adventuring experience, so now once you've battled your way out of this bag you can pick up a bunch of awesome new items for your party.

In celebration of this magic item bonaza we're also doing a giveaway contest on our Twitter page! Enter for a chance to win the brand new hardback Griffon's Saddlebag book and get access 365 of the best magic items around. (also some cool art by us in there...)

You can enter the contest here.

Oh and stick around! After this post we've got the new map poll coming out and a little later today another new map pack!

Awesome!

AyuVince

You are so creative! That's an excellent idea for an encounter! Stuffed into a bag full of their own stuff with oxygen running out, and possibly some angry transdimensional monster which somehow found its way inside.

Alex Duplessie

This is beautiful. One of my favorite of your maps! Had to upgrade to your $5 tier for all the incredible variants you do!

Okay this is super weird - I was literally laying in bed last night trying to figure out a way I could easily visualize the inside of a bag of holding as once my players get to Avernus we’re getting really strict on ability to carry items... this is PERFECT for what was in my head

Don't know if it's just me but I can't seem to download the files on any of the links! Ahhh!

Pavel Alba

I can't do it either, there's a problem with the attachment

Is there a time plan for when/if this map is getting implemented to Foundry?
