I like what’s happening in the episode, but it felt kinda rushed despite very little actually happening. Kinda like two episodes setting up him as the town’s hero, smashed into one.

I can agree with that! I feel like it could have easily had enough solid content and enjoyment to get two episodes out of it! :) The story felt very rushed for this episode, which is sad... cause i do like the idea of becks being a "hero" or trying to be.

You know what's neat? In the OG Ducktales, Fenton Crackshell actually did work for Scrooge, and in this episode he starts to work for him. Nice callback to the OG show :)
