Good day!

Here comes the first WIP for the Greater Demon.  Unlike other projects, the Heart Demon doesn't have any background fluff (it's art is from an online card game).  It also doesn't look like a traditional Demon but the tree like horns and the ancient root skin make it look really cool.  In order to help explain its appearance and justify its 'Greater Demon' status, I have made up some homebrew fluff.  I've attached it to the post if anyone is interested in running it as part of a homebrew campaign.

In other news, some patrons have offered to provide files with pre-generated supports for my designs.  So I have created a sync upload folder where patrons can upload them to share within the 3DArtGuy community.  (Update 8th June: due to a patron hack, please PM me if you want the upload link).  Thanks to Marti3P for helping me set this up!

For patrons who want to add a design: Please add a txt document with info on who (discord or patreon name) left the file, an image of the successful print and any relevant settings such as printer and layer height and what % size it was supported at.

For patrons who would like the pre-supported files, please check the folder for availability.  If it is available and you are eligible, please PM me on patreon and I will share the download link with you.

My next step is to add the fires on the Demon's back and give him a throne (he is a Demon King after all!).  Stay tuned!

He's looking amazing so far, your interpretations are fantastic! There is one small critique, for myself at least, that I'd mention, and that's the back root parts are somewhat distracting from his face, it seems somewhat cluttered. Perhaps repositioning them or removing some to create a sparser look? As I say though, that's just my opinion, and he looks brilliant so regardless.

Thanks, glad you like the design so far! Yeah, I know what you mean about the clutter behind his back. I'll try and play around with the limb distribution and see what works!

I think it may be the symmetry, of the back limbs that is

I'd love access to the pre-gen supported models :)

TreeSauce

This is cool enough to soothe my butthurt over it not being the big bird

This looks awesome. I would, however, name my firstborn "3DArtBaby" if you make a Balrog at some point :P

Haha, it's up the voters but old suggestions can always be added to the next poll. 😊

sad thing was, it only lost by 8 votes. I literally can't even.
