This is Trigger. Alongside Cannen and Gunnar, he's one of my gang-of-three all-purpose supporting jock characters. Trigger started out as a blank slate - just generic WASPy jock character but after doing a deep dive back into 80's college sex comedies I updated his profile to this:

Despite leading the conference in reception, Trigger is frequently eclipsed by jocks like Nate & Chad. Desperate for respect, he lords his power over pledges, makes them call him “Sir”. He is a known staff and faculty kiss-up and is relatively uptight. He is also secretly attracted to Nate and will do anything to get his attention.
