I'm loving your reactions for FMAB so much!!! It haven't been even 1 episode when I felt like you not really into the story or paying attention everything they saying. it very much could be beacuse how they balance the goofy and the serious stuff in every episode!

Well it has less than 70 episodes so I feel like they didn’t really fck around with the pacing or anything like that lol.

You wanted to look more into the difference between a Republic and (Pure)Democracy was and this is a pretty unbiased look at it. It's a little US-centric: https://www.thoughtco.com/republic-vs-democracy-4169936 Whenever people make a distinction between a Republic and a Democracy, it's usually about Indirect Democracy(a Republic) where the people elect representative to make decisions and supreme authority is held be someone elected by the people versus Pure Democracy where the people gather up together to make the decisions themselves and no middleman(representatives). I don't believe there are any pure democracies left. And this helps too but again, it's US-centric: https://act.represent.us/sign/democracy-republic This part from the second link is most important: (So, which term should I use?) (It’s really up to you. In practice, the word “republic” has the same meaning as the term “representative democracy.” And a representative democracy is a form of democracy in the same way that a Granny Smith apple is a form of apple. We wouldn’t say it’s inaccurate to use “apple” to describe a Granny Smith apple, so it’s OK to follow in the footsteps of Jefferson, Adams, Webster, and Chief Justice Marshall and simply call our “representative democracy” a “democracy.)” So a republic is just a representative democracy. Most media doesn't really think of pure democracies when they're talking about democracies as pure democracies are outdated. It's usually republics or constitutional monarchies they they're thinking of. Also a constitutional monarchy can be a democracy too like what the UK has but it's not a republic because their head of state is technically the king/queen which is inherited via descent not because they're elected by the people). Here's more history on the subject and a little on how some countries that aren't really republics but dictatorships appropriate the word "republic" to make them look good: https://worldpopulationreview.com/country-rankings/republic-countries
