The anime did cut some content that’s why it was some what confusing and it felt somewhat rushed

yeah the episodes are fast pase.. alot of content dropping from the original and replaced by thypical anime scenes of friendship and trust.. and yet in all the confusion i realy like the unique world and some of the characters. c ya at episode 11 ;)

Every Floor has an Administrator, a monster, so to say and to pass to the next floor you have to do many tests given by thoss people u see in the anime, its not only one test to get from one floor to the next but if u do the admins test and pass u will be going to the next floor immedietly and irregular are just super stong and yes King Jahad is one of the first ones Bam is 25.th

The anime goes through a little quick on the administrator explanation, if I remember correctly everything at the point of the story where you are. Each floor has a Guardian/Administrator who is a beast who rules over the shinsu of the floor and give test to people who wants to climb the tower. At the time of Jahad, irregulars were on the tower and could pass test and he was the first one to reach the top of the tower and to form a contract with guardians of all floors and so he became king and with the agreement from the guardian, he placed High rankers at each floor to take over the duty of passing the test from the guardians (Evankhell on the 2nd floor). Then he created his empire and new rules, like the ones who can climb the tower are chosen by Headon and that irregulars are against the rules of the tower since they were strong and brought change and chaos to his empire and they have the potential to become as strong as him.

I haven't been checking the ToG comments on patreon as rigorously as they've been pretty clear up until now. It seems I need to keep an eye on these from now on. Way too much fansplaining.
