The man playing Kozenigata is none other than Ishizuka Unshou, a legendary voice actor and veteran of the industry. He has taken on many roles for which he made famous, which is why most fans will recognize him as one of their favorite characters from his voice alone, even if they don't know his name or who he is. (I of course was one such person at one point). All in all, it may be over 300+ roles if you include Movies, Video Games, OVAs, and dubbing. Some roles you may be familiar with include: - Professor Oak (Okido-hakase) as well as the Narrator ("mada mada suzuku!") - Joseph Joestar (older) - Cowpants (Zabuza from Naruto) - Jet Black (for all Cowboy Bebop fans) - [One Piece Spoiler] - Mr. Satan/Hercule from Dragonball Z - Kenichi Masaki from Ushio & Tora In August of 2018, just two years ago, he tragically passed away due to throat cancer at the age of 67. He was by far one of the most-liked voice actors in the industry, looked up to by his juniors and colleagues. It's one of the worst feelings to have someone you've gotten know through anime and other media lose their life, especially when they are as dedicated and lovable as some of these Japanese seiyuu. Hopefully he will be remembered fondly for all the work he did in the years to come. https://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2018-08-17/voice-actor-unsho-ishizuka-passes-away-at-67/.135579
