I always did find it quite odd how cruel and maniacal Accelerator is during the experiments, but when the deed is done they put so much emphasise on the cold silence and dead facial expression Accelerator had as he looked on the dead body. For all the smiles and giggles, he didn't seem to take joy in the aftermath. But ofc he dismisses it easily and returns to his everyday life. A compelling villain and quite an interesting character for sure. Dunno what goes down in that head of his, despite his outer appearances. He still is a dispicable person that we are meant to hate.

Yeah Index's timeline is quite complex. Since the Sisters arc was only the third story in the Index timeline, it makes sense why the nature of the Satellite incident should be still fresh in our minds. But with Railgun, since alot has happened and we only now catch up to Index's timeline we've totally forgotten details. I guess it should also make sense why you've forgotten considering Railgun is Misaka's perspective. Considering she has no idea about magic and the incident was kinda covered up, puts you more into Misaka's shoes.. I guess?? Idk just food for thought
