Patreon Welcome Page and tiers fixed! (Patreon)

Lo, apologies 😅

Discord started using a tokenized content access for image links and all shared image links from discord are gone. This has affected all posts since ages, but only copy-paste previews, not the actual Patreon contents from the polls.

I've just updated the Welcome Page and the Tier presentation, now with new images and more details on the platinum tier projects.

The rest of the previews, I'll just update as I need to or edit-update any older post. I can't say it's a priority right now 🤔

This week has been a bit rough and I need yet few more days to feel stable.

So many things to do... and life keeps bringing pain in the @ss 😅
