Patreon's support team has gotten back to me amazingly fast so this must be a wider spread issue than I first thought. Thank you to everyone who has been super patient. I hope this gets fixed soon, but at least we know they're working on it! In the meantime, sit tight. The Basement will be open its maw to you once more soon enough!
