Patreon Discord Issues (Patreon)

Really quickly, I've talked to a couple people now who've been having issues connecting their Discord and Patreon accounts. Please comment below if you're having issues as well and I can see about contacting Patreon support about it. I suggest you guys do the same if you're having issues.
