An Extra Glimpse—February 2021 'Echolian' (Patreon)

So, I had to try and work out an Echolian insult that would be suitable for Felix/Farah to say. They don't tend to be too scathing, so it needed to be mild but punchy.

And I thought it might be fun for you guys to see a bit of BTS of how that came about!

Echolian is a bit complicated in how it works and comes together. It sort of combines letters to form the word, unlike our language where the letters make up the whole word...hmm, that didn't make much sense :D

It's because Echolian was, for a very long time, only a spoken language. Supernaturals generally have amazing memories, so the need to record things down on parchment wasn't overly necessary.
