This bonus content comes from another very generous $50 patron, who has allowed me to use their personalised scenario!

I just loved this one so much not to share. Farah makes everything joyful anyway, but it was just really nice to write a deeper romance, vacation-time scenario!

How can it feel like I’m roasting even in the shade?

Shifting on the beach recliner, I peel my skin away from the rattan fabric with a disgustingly wet slickness and turn over onto my back while grabbing the sunscreen.

“Would you mind helping me put this on?” I ask, rolling my head to one side to take in Farah in all her beautiful glory.

Dressed in nothing but a slinky—if painfully fluorescent—polka-dot bikini, a pair of enormous sunglasses, and a large straw hat with added pink bow, she looks like a movie star. There have already been a few passers-by who have tripped on the sand of the long stretching beach as they gawk at her spread out on the recliner beside me.

It’s difficult to decide between being jealous of their attention or amazed by how she’s with me.

I shake away the thought as she looks to me, tugging down the sunglasses so as her amber eyes can take in the bottle I wave at her.

“Please?” I ask with a pleading smile.

She turns onto her side, my eyes drawn to the way her body moves and arches before quickly snapping my focus back up.

“You’re asking me if I want to rub you all over with lotion?” She scoffs as a grin forms on her face. “Is that even a question you need to ask? Seriously?”

I chuckle and lean on my back again as she makes her way over. “I wasn’t sure if the novelty of getting to touch me all over had worn off.”

“Babe, it’s never gonna wear off.” She throws her leg over and plops herself down to straddle my hips. “Trust me.”

The sunscreen blobs out onto her palm where she then proceeds to rub them together to warm the lotion. I watch her face as she does so, a strange amount of concentration creating a furrow between her brows as her lips pout. The urge to yank her down into a kiss almost overcomes me, until the radiating heat keeps me settled in place.

The sun seems to beat down even brighter.

“You must be boiling in this heat,” I say as she leans forward to begin rubbing the lotion in. The silkiness of the texture and her fingers rubbing against my chest have me slightly concerned about being in public. I clear my throat.

“It’s pretty hot,” she replies, swirling her fingers over my torso with care and focus. “But I don’t feel it as much as the others anyway. Morgan would be dying right now.”

“Then it’s lucky it’s only us here.” I wrap my arms around her waist to tug her down for that kiss.

She pushes away with another smile to once again start with the lotion. “I’m busy.”

“Do you want to get busier?” I offer as I tug at her lower lip with my thumb.

She gives a faux gasp. “Well, [Name]! What a suggestion to make in such a public place.” As she speaks, she flings her hands about, sending droplets of sunblock cascading over nearby sunbathers.

They glare at us, but we only end up in laughter.

She rests against my chest, the feel of her breasts pressed up against me having me fidgeting beneath her to relieve some of the building ache.

She gestures to the sunscreen. “You were just using this as an excuse to get me on top, weren’t you?”

“I was thinking of safety first.” I smirk at her while spreading my one hand across her lower back and allowing the other to fiddle with the top of her bikini bottoms. “But now you’re here, I’m not exactly going to complain.”

Her lips press against mine again, my mouth opening to explore hers deeper, a groan emanating from one of us but I can’t tell which. My hands slide up her back, feeling the softness of her skin and the slender curves of her shoulders, my pulse beating a fiery rhythm in my veins.

We pull apart with heavy breaths.

Her eyes bear down into my own with a shine of need. “Maybe we should take this back to our room?”

“I’m not sure it’s a good idea if I stand up right now.”

She licks at her top lip. “I can feel why.”

I laugh deeply and run my hand down her face. “Pass me the towel and I’ll meet you in the hotel room.”

In a flash that I’m sure Ava and Nat would disapprove of in front of so many humans, Farah leaps up and launches the towel at me before speeding off.

Unfortunately, it takes me a while longer before I can catch up…
