Hello everyone!

I know, technically it's the 24th now, I started this update in the evening and fell asleep, and it's still the 23th somewhere. Let's get right into it. I didn't have the best of weeks overall, but I had a couple of very good days and so I'm overall pretty satisfied with the progress I'm making.

Progress right now looks like this:

There are still a couple parts in the script that I need to complete/flesh out, so I totally expect the total length to go up 500 to 800 words or so. On top of a few little details here and there, I want to talk a bit about how the TASing of Stomp on the Thwomp 0xA went, I want to develop on why exactly BitFS 0xA on N64 has been stuck for years, I want to give a bit of a difficulty ranking and a range of estimates on what the final A press count could be, and I want to talk a bit about the impact the ABC has had over the years, such as mentioning the DK64 ABC, the SMB1 and 2J ABC, other ABCs, etc.

I also reworked the schedule to match the reality of my struggle to stay consistently productive. The weekends are empty so I omitted them for readability.

I'm a bit disappointed in myself, because my plan was to finish this, edit and publish the supercut, and get another video out before the end of the year, but it's looking less and less reasonable. I feel like I could have done better to grow my channel in the past year. But I know even the best time to start making efforts towards channel growth was 10 years ago, and the second best time is now. It's never too late to improve.

On the bright side, I found a new release date: Friday, December 9th! I hope this one will stick. It might have been possible to finish by the previous weekend, but I know what happens when I set the bar high: as soon as I fall behind, everything comes crashing down.

Time to see what I've been working on! I dove into TTC again this week, for the last time.

Setting the table.

All the problems of Stomp on the Thwomp 0xA.

No misalignment (sad Pannen noises).

A crazy strat works by a minuscule margin, who could have guessed?

Showing how the bob-omb out of bounds needs to be brought further up in order to be useful higher up in the clock.

That's it for this week! I hope you're excited for the finale of the series. See you next week!

That sounds great! And I really like the idea of commenting on the remaining A presses. That’s definitely something I would love to learn more about. Good luck finishing this up!
