Mahito's voice actor is so insanely good. Also, you are absolutely right about the Evangelion reference, this whole fight is a huge Eva reference (and some other mech shows). It's no secret that Gege loves Eva; Yuta (JJK0 protagonist) is based on Shinji (and they even hired the same voice actor for him), and you'll see just how much that shows soon enough. As far as pacts go, even Sukuna is bound by it, as he explained to Yuuji when he was dead, so it's simply not possible to overcome them. Thanks for the reaction, Zen!

The first half of this episode really makes me smile. It's been so long since we've seen the trio, and seeing them again and their antics is really nice.
