How do you start this plotline once in NG+?

You can start it by doing the bimbo world ending, then starting to do it again as Dan; there will be a point where a new dialogue option appears where you can try to stop Val from bimbofying Ms. Rack, and selecting that option leads to this plotline.

Are you playing as Dan? And also, have you completed the bimbo world ending once at least? You can only do it during a NG+ following the Bimbo world ending; and not a different NG+ or on a first playthrough.
