They did soundproof the room where Jim and the Full Metal Bitch were talking. If you saw the beginning, they showed the kids soundproofing the baby room by sticking newspapers all over the walls.

I was wondering who the hell greenlights movies like Truth or Dare but then I saw that it had a budget of 3.5 million USD and already has made 23 millions so I guess that answers my question: some guy who just wants a quick buck. Next up, Hot Potato the Movie.
