I thought it was good but I didn’t love it. I thought you could see the script changes. You could tell they couldn’t rewrite or ad-lib during the writers strike. The action scenes weren’t as well shot as the previous films and I think that wasted Blade. The emotional impact of characters wasn’t anywhere near DP2. The thing with Venessa was weak. No Celine Dion. I don’t think I’ll be giving it repeat views. It was fine though. Just not as good as others.

I have never seen an X-men movie or the fantastic 4, or read any of the comics. That is, unless you count the first 2 Deadpool movies as "x men" movies. the closest I've ever come to actually watching any of them was RLMs episode on the roger corman version of the fantastic 4. My wife is even more ignorant of those movies/comics than I am. and guess what? we both LOVED it. best time we've had watching a movie in years. can't wait to see it again.
