its my bday today btw, 1159pm my Mom sent me a happy bday msg just now so i sneaked over to her doorway and loudly said DOGPILE and spooked her and went over dog pile hugged her for a few minutes (I dont do the jump dogpile, more like climb ontop hugg her while i lay there and usually jokingly snore), thought id put this here mayb inspire some1 to do the same for their mom, also for all the B.O.A.T. moms out there ^^ <3

The correlation that Askeladd is drawing between the uncle and his slave is that he is trying to say that because the uncle bought his slave with his money (which he is a slave too) he is acting like a master, but he doesn't realize that everyone is a slave to something. It then pans over to Thorfinn who he mentions prior to that is a slave to his pride and past. He is essential eluding to the fact that he is using that to enslave Thorfinn and is therefore his master. He is also admonishing the uncle for not properly handling his "slave".
