Okay real quick, this is going to be a 2 part question. I have been wanting to try out Netflix Party. It's where Netflix is allowing friends to sync up a movie to watch together using a Chrome extension. Would you all be up to trying something like that with me? And if so what would you guys like to watch? It doesn't have to be anime related either.

Yes! Hunter x Hunter 2011 in sub maybe? Although the full series isn't on there unfortunately.

Sure I recommend an anime called 7 seeds maybe some Black Mirror episodes? Or a movie called The Circle not the popular one but a different one

I think you could use it exclusively for watching films, since they're short and easier to coordinate. There are so many awesome anime movies (I don't know how much you've seen) and it would be great to see you react to some Devilman/Ninja Scroll era anime. And yes, I think the movies should be anime. But that's just my preference. Or, as someone said, if they're live action, maybe japanese/asian movies, like Oldboy or The Handmaiden

I wish there was a way we could all watch "YOUR NAME" and "WEATHERING WITH YOU". I would love to see how you feel about the two movies. Your Name is on Youtube and Amazon Prime, but Weathering with you doesn't have a digital release date till May 27th. Both are spectacular movies.

What about "Wolfchildren" from Mamoru Hosoda? I think It's on Netflix. It's an amazing anime movie. I could have suggested any other non anime movie but I feel like, you more than anyone, would love this movie.

If she does watch the Netflix one I think she needs to see the original first. Think it was called Baki: The Grappler. No loss there seeing as its way better then the Netflix version.

So many people trying to recommend SERIES when she said MOVIES lol Don't think she wants to bother with this whole syncing up business all the time. Short fun filled bursts of interactive movie watching with your audience is a great idea.
